We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (location to be agreed) for 0.8 – 1 fte who:
+ Has an affinity with internet and hosting;
+ Know what terms like DNS, SSL, SFTP and staging mean and can work with them;
+ Familiar with Linux;
+ At least 2 years of relevant experience.
What will you do with us?
+ You will assist customers by telephone, chat and e-mail;
+ You will answer advanced technical questions;
+ You give advice on the best solutions for our customers;
+ You think about our own products and services.
Savvii offers professional webhosting to clients in the Netherlands and abroad. Our headquarters is located in Nijmegen, but we offer workplaces throughout the Netherlands. You and your support colleagues are ready every day to provide our clients with the best solutions and advice. Do you encounter a challenging question? Then you can always turn to your colleagues for a little sparring. After you have been trained, you will periodically work on a breakdown shift. You will be the first point of contact for acute problems outside office hours. Naturally, you will be compensated for these extra hours.
