Due to the departure of our colleague, we are looking for an energetic HR Businesspartner (based in Nijmegen or Haarlem – Hybrid) 0.8 fte.
Savvii is a dynamic organisation with offices in Nijmegen, Haarlem, Valkenswaard and Almere. We work (partly) from home. Savvii was founded in 2013 as the first Managed WordPress hosting party in Europe. We are now a well-known player in the premium segment and have expanded our services with additional specialties. There are approximately 50 employees working at Savvii. Savvii is part of Total Webhosting Solutions (TWS).
What will you be doing?
You are a solicited and unsolicited sparring partner for the management and executive team in all HR areas. You advise and support the managers of the DevOps, Support and Commercial departments and the executive team. During projects, you work together with HR professionals who work for our sister companies.
The work will be mainly on a strategic and tactical level. The operational part is assigned to a colleague with whom you will work closely and whom you will supervise.
+ Performance management: Driving development (“we drive progress”) through active employee development programmes;
+ Strategic staff planning;
+ Implementation and propagation of (new) HR processes and policies;
+ On- and off-boarding;
+ As an HR professional, you anticipate the developments in the shortage of personnel on the labour market. For specialist vacancies you work together with external partners;
+ Supervising change processes at Savvii, with a focus on people. We are currently merging several companies and cultures. You will help build the new Savvii culture;
+ Advising on appointments, remuneration, development projects and working conditions;
+ Advising on – and taking initiatives to – increase employee satisfaction within Savvii;
+ Managing absenteeism in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act, signaling absenteeism needs.
Who are you?
You at least have a professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, and bring at least 5 years of relevant HR work experience with you. You are sensitive and have a positive critical attitude. Half a word is enough, because you move proactively through the organisation. At the same time, you are analytical and result-oriented, which enables you to link the HR strategy to business objectives. You are part of the MT and a pleasant conversation partner with good listening and communication skills. You have experience with recruitment and strategic staff planning. You feel at home in an environment with a lot of freedom, short lines and an informal culture.
You are familiar with change processes. You know the dynamics that come with it and see it as a challenge to develop a pleasant, unambiguous Savvii culture at the various locations.
