Is Savvii hosting managed or unmanaged?

All Savvii hosting services are managed. You can expect us to take care of everything when it comes to hosting. With us, you never have to worry about support, security, platform updates or performance – we take care of everything. Enjoy a perfectly functioning hosting environment that grows along with the needs of your business.

How quickly can I get started?

Very quickly. If you order a Shared or VPS plan, we will immediately deploy it on our platform and set up a bare installation of the chosen flavour (WordPress, Magento of Shopware). You will then receive an e-mail with your login details for the admin environment, sFTP and the database.

When you order a Dedicated plan, our team will contact you to discuss your specific wishes. We will also go through the entire server setup with you. When the provisioning of your order is finished, you will receive an email with your data.

Will you help me move my website to Savvii?

Certainly. For WordPress we have developed the Savvii WP Migrate plugin, which allows you to simply migrate your website yourself. This plugin copies the entire website and converts all necessary files and database fields with just one click. We can also do this for you on request.

Can I visit your office?

You bet! Just make an appointment with one of our account managers. Then we’ll make sure the coffee is ready.

Where can I find your terms and conditions?
Do you also offer support SLAs?

Of course we do. With an SLA, you receive extra support on top of the standard. You will receive a separate telephone number, so you’ll have priority over customers without an SLA. We also guarantee response and resolution times, even outside of office hours. Our premium plans automatically come with an SLA. As for the other plans, this can be purchased as a separate add-on. How can I report a technical error?
